her life, Wendy married a Guernsey man and lived in Guernsey in the
lovely Channel Islands until 1994. |

She is a drama teacher with an acting
licentiate from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
Currently teaching drama at Austin Friars St Monicas School in
Carlisle and also running her own successful acting school for
young people aged 9 to 18 in Wigton, Cumbria, called Wings of
Eagles School of Performing Arts. Wendy has a lifetimes experience
on the stage and for the past seventeen years has performed
Christian monologues and stories for both church and theatre
audiences. |

What Wings of Eagles School of Performing Arts
means to me:
- The light in a childs eye when
they hear applause for something they have done.
- The excitement that we all feel
before a performance.
- The genuine friendships that are
made.
- The way all students are so
pleased when someone succeeds.
- The tears when someone moves on to
higher education.
- The privilege when a past student
writes to tell us about what they are doing.
- The tingle I feel when students
dance and sing out the name of Jesus.
- Our overwhelming feeling of
unworthiness when Tanzanian orphans tell us how pleased they are
with the monies raised.
- The students eager response to
help the Tanzanian orphans and other charities.

Wendy enters many of
her pupils in the English Speaking Board and the LAMDA Drama
Examinations. She also teaches private lessons to people in all age
groups taking them through the LAMDA Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals
on up to Licentiate level. Wendy is also the Cumbria contact
person for the Arts Centre Group (ACG) in London a nation-wide
organisation of Christian Professionals in the
Arts.
